4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders across India and selectively worldwide. Shipping is handled by our trusted partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, DHL, DPD, FedEx.
- Domestic delivery time: 2–7 business days.
- International delivery time: 7–15 business days (may vary by location).
- Processing time before dispatch: 1–8 business days.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges
- Tracking delays or errors on courier websites
5. International Shipping
International shipping costs depend on destination and final checkout confirmation. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.
We reserve the right to refuse international orders if shipping to that country is restricted or high-risk.
6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Return Window:
14 days from date of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customer must pay return shipping charges.
- Defective or broken items can be replaced only after providing proof (photo/video) before opening the product seal.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
7. No Medical or Skin Reaction Liability
All skincare, herbal, and cosmetic products react differently depending on individual skin type, allergies, or medical conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree that:
- Gleamixy is not responsible for skin reactions, allergies, or side effects.
- You will perform a patch test before using any product.
- You will consult a doctor if you have sensitive skin or medical concerns.

- Indian law for all orders shipped within India.
- EU consumer protection standards for customers placing orders from EU countries.
