Shipping & Returns Policy

At Gleamixy / Gleamixy Professional, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all orders.
Please read the following Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–8 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or unforeseen logistics issues.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.
  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹799.
  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email/SMS.
  • All shipments are handled through trusted partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, DHL, DPD, and FedEx.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, operational delays, or courier availability.


3. International Shipping

International shipping is available selectively and may vary depending on the destination country.
We will inform you of the final shipping cost after order confirmation.

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (location dependent).
  • International orders are shipped through DHL, DPD, FedEx.
  • All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs delays, held parcels, or extra charges applied by your country’s customs department.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the courier system.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions mentioned below.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • If the product is confirmed defective, we will cover the replacement shipping cost.

Items returned without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Returns shipped without approval
  • Shipping charges (original or return)

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed.
Once shipped or prepared for dispatch, cancellations are not possible.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, Gleamixy is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Lost or stolen parcels (customer must file claim with courier)

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier whenever possible.
